Right to Terminate

 

The Colorado Aerospace Bar Association may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service. The Colorado Aerospace Bar Association may further effect such a termination by suspending access to the site at-large, geofencing or allowing access to the site only to users in a certain region, by use of browser cookies, or by other means.

Severance; Blue Pencil

 

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected. The Colorado Aerospace Bar Association invites the “blue pencil” amendment of these Terms of Service to effect the nearest possible meaning of the clauses contained herein if these Terms of Service fall under the authority of  Court of competent jurisdiction.

Governing Law

 

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado, the choice of laws identifying Colorado law as the interpretation framework of these Terms of Service, and any applicable federal laws or standards that apply.
